At Last The Sun Breaks Through

It's been a grey damp miserable day today ... but did that dampen my spirits ..?? ... (well, yes, it did actually) ... :o|

Never mind ... the sun is back and the forecast for the week is looking good ... and I had a phone call from the Doctor's Surgery to ask me if I could treat my blood test tomorrow morning as a 'fasting' test ... (which, I presume, includes my 5 AM morning coffee) ... (I've gotta do 3 + 1/2 hours work without coffee..!!) ... (THREE AND HALF HOURS..!!) ... :o|
