Pirelli Park

Part of an arch which stands in 'Pirelli Park' - a scruffy looking grass area in the middle of a nice modern housing development in Eastleigh, where the Pirelli Cables factory used to stand.  I remember visiting the factory about 20 years ago escorting a Russian trade mission ... now all that's left are some evocative road names:  Cable Street, Brightwire Crescent, Stranding Street, Drum Road (off which, rather ingruously, is Benny Hill Close - but that's another story).
