Oh to be young!

There were lots of young people outside Winchester Cathedral today, but it was closed to visitors because of preparations for a Flower Festival. So I guess these youngsters needed some alternative entertainment.
We picked the wrong week to visit. On Saturday we toured the overflowing car parks, today along with the Cathedral the Great Hall was also closed to the public. We did have a nice lunch and a walk round the tourist sites and the river.
