Ever impressed by our emergency services. Local lifeboat went to assist a kitemonkey, tiring, out at sea. On their way in they came across a badly injured surfer, face down, unconcious. Crew flew Doc and paramedic in from Cambridge. RNLI/Coastguard carried out CPR until they took over, ambulance to QE2 Hosp Kings Lynn. How lucky are we to have these people, volunteers, charities and the good old NHS??? Wishing well the 52yr old patient, seriously ill, both wrists broken, spinal injuries....
