Coz - Stempel

This is Coz, head chef at the newest café down on the square, Stempel. Coz is from Romania (Transylvania) via many places the last of which was Bath in the UK (his favourite). This is him smiling, he's a very nice guy and has a great sense of humour but smiling, he admits, is not one of his strong points.

So, ....two down and another tomorrow but I'm not sure after that.
