A right run around....

Sitting high on the downs at Wye, we noticed this stunning moth moving in the grass. 10 attempts later I managed to get this shot! 
This stunner is a male Clouded buff Diacrisia sannio, the paler, larger males are a really showy mix of yellow and pink, and are easy disturbed during the day, the females are smaller and paler, and usually only fly by night. 
It was so beautiful up on the downs, and later we saw the Late spider orchids nearby, my extra shot for today. The perfect end to a great weekend!
