Soft Yoke on a Mono Monday

Well first let me tell you I found this really, really hard to do.
Number one attempt had toasted wholemeal bread, that turned black in the processing.
Changed that to white bread toasted, that too didn't work.
Third attempt was buttered brown bread untoasted!
Couldn't get the egg to look soft even though it was.
Boiled another egg which looked slightly better.
Had trouble with the spoon and pattern on the plate.
Am still unhappy with the final result, how can any egg yolk look appealing if it's not golden yellow!
Lesson learned.
