TGIF Dogs Are Good For You

TGIF a tall icy G&T feet up on sundeck lounge ... It's been a long week at work and a long, hot, uphill bike ride home... But first the avalanche of my 3 dogs at the door are expecting and deserve their walk. Turns out a lovely restorative walk in the woods with the dogs did the trick. Energized to do some gardening and a little house work before reading a book in the sun.
