It's good for you

Mr F and I eat natural yogurt.  As you can see Murphy likes it too. If you read you will see that it is made from sheep's milk.  I am lactose intolerant but I can eat sheep and goat products.

Today we've painted a wall in the downstairs toilet.  That doesn't sound much but we needed to paint it so that we can position a piece of furniture that will decide the positions of others.  The new shade of marine blue is very nice.  The original walls were off white.  When we peeled off the wallpaper it was red underneath.  It is only a small room it much have been overpowering.

The weather hasn't been great today but we have eaten in the garden for  breakfast, lunch and a barbecue for Father's Day.

One of the best things about eating in the garden is watching and hearing the many birds.
