A tale of two ladies

Fair play to Helen who ran the Shrewsbury half- marathon I just under two hours. I don't think she will be able to leave the sofa for s couple of days though.

Lovely to catch up with Agi on Skype and she seems to be on good form despite deciding not to go to Singapore. That's one country off my list for this year...

Went for a bike ride with a badminton mate this afternoon. 30k. My legs are telling me already that I should have built up some miles gradually. Who knows what they will feel like tomorrow.
