At one

We spent time catching up with D and R today and had a fantastic picnic in the park, whilst listening to live music and enjoying the afternoon sun. It was very relaxing and lovely to spend time with such good friends. I like this pose from R. He seemed to be at one with his beer. It looked very 'zen' !
