62712 "Morayshire"

This is the techie bit: an LNER class D49 4-4-0 locomotive designed by Nigel Gresley.
This morning MaggieD treated me to a trip along the Bo'ness & Kinneil steam railway. Was I or was I not delighted to find that not only was Morayshire to be up front but our coach was an old LNER third class open coach. What a tidy and comfortable coach it m was! We went all the way up from Bo'ness to Manuel Junction where we stopped to let the engine change ends and where I took this shot.
Back home and the family all turned up and we had a marvellous afternoon topped off with a good hearty stew courtesy of MaggieD - delicious!
