Arsenic and old trees
In Cornwall celebrating 12 months of owning R0X1 with my VBF's. We walked a little of one of the Tamar trails (actually in Devon). These are the spoil heaps from the tin mining which contained "worthless" arsenic which subsequently was found to be useful in controlling the boll weevil, the bane of cotton growers. These spoil heaps still contain arsenic and a pool in close proximity is completely sterile.
Thank you to all those who have emailed expressing concerns about my well being - I struggled for a while after my brother's recent death but am slowly feeling better.
