Rainy Sunday (Day 45)

The rain woke me at 3.30 this morning. It hasn't stopped since. Unusually there is hardly any wind; just thick, fat raindrops with very little space between them. I got pretty wet on the morning dog walk, then spent the rest of the morning making a cake and getting some other things done around the house.
After lunch I took the dogs out to Brodgar where we all got really really soaked. My inspiration for photography has all but washed away. Fingers crossed the weather will improve a bit soon.
Thanks today to Ej who popped in briefly to see my beautiful wife and also to Emmy and John who arrived whilst I was sploshing around Brodgar.
