Hope?

For whatever reason, I did not study history at school so I have some questions for those of you that did. Sure, I could probably find the answers if I spent the morning Googling, but I preferred to spend the morning drawing instead.

Has there ever been a revolution that wasn't socialist?

Has it always been the case that when the gulf between the haves and the have-nots becomes too great the have-nots rise up against the haves?

Have the have-nots ever lost?
