Non-functioning!
Approximately 3 months ago (I can't remember the exact date) I had Sky installed, and lo and behold the Sky box has decided to stop working properly since last week. Fortunately the engineer is coming on Tuesday.
Sometimes it does work, but when it's been on a while it doesn't respond to channel changing, says there no TV listings and if you watch a recording and fast forward it won't stop! I think I might tell the engineer to just give me a new one, because this one I reckon has several problems which can't be rectified.
If the box is replaced what happens to all the recordings, can they be transferred. I have most of 'The Walking Dead' Season 5 on it, had only two more to go, typical. I had Virgin last year and never had a problem, but I do find Sky better. Thank goodness for Sky Go. I have Freeview but because the aerial is over 30 years old I don't get a lot of channels.
I shouldn't moan really there are far worse things happening in the world!
