Early Daddy Day

Write up Sunday 21 June


We traveled to see my parents today who are now at their bungalow for the summer on the east coast.  I had a little surprise for Mum, a new waterproof gazebo for the garden!  Mum was so pleased and it means Dad can enjoy the garden in all weather.  

We took a little disposable BBQ and had a nice BBQ lunch. Dad seemed to really enjoy the afternoon and was quite jovial.  We had a small moment when he couldn't get out of the chair and move his legs to walk....after a little help we got him to move!  

Poppy field was spied on the way home.
