Madison River, Yellowstone National Park, USA

We headed out this morning from Yellowstone Park feeling a strong pull on our hearts and already thinking about when we might be able to return.
Our route out of the park to West Yellowstone took us along the Madison River which is a famous trout stream and simply gorgeous to see.
Someday I hope to ride my bicycle across Yellowstone Park and part of the ride will be along this river.
The extra photo is my parting shot of the much loved Old Faithful Inn as the scenery tour buses were going out early this morning.
