Vertiginous Funicular

Last day of the holiday... popped into Saltburn, a genteel example of the british seaside...sat in the car looking at the pier through rain spattered windscreen and thought ahh yes...this is the best of british summer fun...  but then the clouds moved over and we were able to explore a bit and admire the funicular railway... ain't never getting me on one of those things they're not natural, no way, not ever, nope, not me ....

finished with a sedate drive back and tea with the crumblies :-)
