After an inauspicious beginning...

...things got dry enough to get out of the car... it was Auto Jumble day at Scorton but managed to persuade himself to leave me next to a rainy barley field - fab greens (see extra pics)
After Scorton - then Masham and beyond... a little foray into Wensleydale... so green - us coastal folk not used to it.
Had an evening walk on the beach back home just to make sure it was still there - making the most of every wash of light on this solstice eve.
