Unplanned

This is view from the third floor of the Raigmore Hospital in Inverness where I’ve already spent one night being pumped full of antibiotics (see the extra), with the promise of another 24 hours of similar.

The bonus to having a bed beside the window - in addition to the view, I can hear the oystercatchers and herring gulls who seem to regard the hospital walls and roofs as a perfectly normal places to spend their lives.  The birdsong is a pretty constant reminder that there is plenty of wildlife around.
