Summer poppy in a wheatfield

It's been a good day:) I had a fun evening last night and today have been to my Body Balance class , had coffee with Nigel and friends, gardened and been for a walk with Neil.
We went into the estate over the road and wandered along this field of wheat. Saw orange tips , green veined whites, bumble bees and a buzzard. The butterflies wouldn't stop long enough for a photo though :)
