Open Gardens

This weekend a number of houses in my village have opened their doors to the paying public to show off some stunning gardens. A band was playing in the churchyard and delicious homemade cake was in abundance. The dairy farm down the road even let us in to see the cows being milked and visit the 2-3 week old calves.  :-)
I think the bees were having a field day!!
