Warm ocean

Art is best created from a peaceful heart.

Inner peace is only achieved when we actively pursue it.
It does not just "happen" to us one day, we have to work at it. I work all the time it seems!
My best moments of peace are with my feet in the ocean. It seems to calm my thoughts and refocus my creative energy the best.
It's a life-long journey that we should look forward to, not something to avoid.
Some people grow rapidly, some slowly, but as long as there is growth, rather than not growing your spirituality at all, then you are on the right path.
