Let me in!

I opened the door to let the cat out this morning and came face to "face" with this.  I've never seen anything like it.  

Mr M is getting over a bout of sinusitis and I think I'm coming down with it.  I was not very energetic this afternoon and did only the bare minimum.  I stopped on the way home from work to get some medication, so maybe I can head it off.
