I apologise for my lack of commenting yesterday.

On Wednesday my father went into hospital for a routine operation to remove his gall bladder.  They kept him in over night as a precaution due to his COPD (emphysema).  Yesterday we got the news that he wasn't doing well.  He was in extreme pain, had a heart rate of 115 and required oxygen.

Last night he was taken back in to theatre to try to get to the bottom of why he was in so much pain.  He was more comfortable this morning, but is still seriously ill.  We're currently waiting to be updated on his condition.

I'll try to comment when I can.  Positive thoughts appreciated.
