Poppy

I went to the Pharmacy this morning to collect our medication as I forgot to go yesterday. I took a proper camera with me and not being one to miss a Poppy picture, I photographed this one in the lane; when downloaded there was the added bonus of an insect in this picture.
 
It is dull today and rather ‘muggy’ so hopefully it will rain, to clear the air and help the grass seed to grow. It is day eight and the soil is beginning to have a greenish haze over it where it is starting to grow.
 
A day of not doing very much as the plasterer is here plastering the bathroom; two of his children are here too. He is a single Dad and because he only works for our builder some of the time, he was fully booked with other jobs during the coming weeks so came this Saturday to get the job done.
