Rocket man

Meetings that went better than I expected then over to Glasgow to see Elton John!
He put a lot into it-more than 2 hours of music and, despite slightly club style singing in places, it was a good nostalgia trip. Bizarrely met a couple one of whom came from Bingley and whose sister was at the same school as me (and Arclight!) and the other who had been a postdoc in the building next door to where Mt is and lived in Menlo Park where he and H did. Small world!
Particularly fun to have delicious supper and drinks on tap throughout.... we were very spoiled! V, as might be expected, was thrilled. What a week she's had!
