Shonan

The Shonan area is known for its monster surf and really sexy bicycles.

Cycled to the beach then ran 9 an' a bit kilomptemeters today.  Cycled back and did squats while carrying the 11kg boy then made pancakes, then cycled to the pool with big girl on the back of the bike then swam with her on my back (though admittedly not very far).   tomorrow I suspect my blip will be floor level as I won't be able to walk.
