Foam roller, in action...

Went to running club again tonight and had a little session on the foam roller to ease my tired legs, that are actually a bit stiff from playing footie with our friends kids who came to visit over the weekend. Yes, that's last weekend!
Anyway running was good.
Tomoz we're hoping to see the olympic torch as it goes close by to our house. Mary's all for going on to the next spot if we miss it. I'm a bit more for just letting it go. I mean it'll be good to see, but not so good I wanna go charging about the place trying to catch a glimpse of it...
