The excellent Matthew Turner is a London-based film critic who I see every June when he comes up for the Film Festival, and am entertained by year round on Twitter. 

Saw some films today. Well, there is a festival on, it'd be rude not to. Some splendid shorts made by pupils at Edinburgh secondary schools this morning, the brilliant Inside Out at lunchtime, then US indie Manson Family Vacation and intriguing and oddly charming German drama The Chambermaid Lynn in the evening. Bumped into that middleman in the foyer at Cineworld too. Marvellous.
