Thrift

A day off, a day's holiday but I ended up doing a few emails and sorting a minor policy issue, with London. 

What else, well the weather remains cold and unseasonal (the heating is still on) so gardening was limited to cutting the grass and giving the lilac another good prune.  Earlier I struggled with getting the laptop to boot up, investigated a new one, inaugurated the carpet shampooer, got rid of the plastic bag mountain and paid off a bit more of a debt. 

I have sea pink, white and pink, armeria maritima, growing beside the pond.  This is white sea pink.
