Hair care

I was very stiff this morning and very glad to do lots of stretches at pilates this morning . Then went to see Alex my osteopath who worked on my back and my ankle. Felt much better but needed the hot seat in my car on my back.
Last weekend Bella wouldn't let us do her hair so I have bought these to try and tempt her . Fingers crossed.
