Yum
A rare-ish night out with David to spend a voucher I got at Christmas for Cafe Tabou, a French bistro in Perth. This is my wonderfully presented starter, which tasted even better than it looks. It was "Assiette De Poisson", which consisted of (from left to right):mackerel fillet with toasted ciabatta and celeriac remoulade; haddock and cod quenelle set on brioche with saffron beurre blanc; hot smoked salmon rillette with cucumber carpaccio and crispy leek. Yum, yum and yum!
