St Andrews.Church Flower Festival.

A welcoming entrance to St Andrew's Church at the start of Chesterton's week long Festival. Plus a nice glass of wine was handed out by the vicar. There will be many things going on throughout the week in various locations but today, I was admiring the lovely flower displays inside. A church has stood in these grounds since 1218 and restored over the years.The bells have chimed on Sundays for at least 300 years. I have added an extra arrangement which was rather bright and beautiful.  I shall be visiting The Fun Day, open gardens, vintage tea rooms, concerts and garden parties. Here's hoping the weather will be kind !
