Modern goddess

This is where I spent much of today, in a modern goddess of a car. This is the DS5 that I have been driving around Hampshire for the past few hours. Six decades on from the debut of the original Citroen DS - the goddess of French motoring history - its modern descendant has shed Citroen badges and become a new stand-alone brand.

It will take time, maybe a decade or two, for DS to become a more familiar fixture on the motoring scene, but it will doubtless do so.. It took a while for Toyota to establish its luxury brand Lexus, but it is now successful enough to outsell Jaguar!
