Lovely afternoon

Went to 'Rock'.

Walked along the coast path to 'Polzeath'.

Ate lunch.  But I only got one weeny, teeny little bit of cheese!!!!

Walked back along the beach to 'Rock'.  Did lots of splishing & splashing & sploshing in the sea.

Came home. 

Sat on our very sunny sun terrace for half an hour.  Ann had a glass of wine & I just had to lie down quietly.

An evening in front of the TV watching 'Corrie' & 'EastEnders' beckons.
