Yack yack (Day 43)

Today I had a day off, since I am waiting for the joiner to do his bit in the bathroom that I am fitting.
I took the dogs up the hill a little later than normal and managed to avoid being rained on for a change. My beautiful wife and I had an arrangement to go and see Crispin and Charlotte in Stromness for coffee, so we dropped the dogs at my folks before heading for the bustling metropolis. After lunch with mum and Dad I took all the dogs along the shore to Breckness where I got this shot of some fulmars squabbling over nesting space.
We are having dinner with mum and dad tonight. The roast lamb smells fabulous already...
