View from Ambleside

Backblip

The weather clamped down. When I woke this morning someone had wiped out the view from the end of the garden onwards! I stayed in and got on with more work, gradually getting on top of things, interspersed with enjoying my book.

Grass too wet to finish cutting, looks a bit odd with only 2/3rds done! 

Decided I needed some fresh air mid-afternoon and I also had a small mission to accomplish. Drove to Ambleside and the mission was soon complete. Had a short wander around the lakeside but didn't feel like doing much. Returned to the house to do some more work/reading. Enjoying the peace.
