Bodrum

I left Europe for the first time today as we went on a day trip to Bodrum in Turkey. We got a ferry from the harbour in Kos town and had about six hours to explore.

We took a tour which went around some of the historical features of the city. Then we had lunch and then looked around the shops. Although my husband loves haggling we didn't buy anything as we felt the prices were still too high.

It was a good day but tiring due to all the walking in extreme heat so we had a quiet evening.
