I thought I didn't have a blip for today then I remembered something I took in the morning. When I came down for breakfast I saw the glass dome where I sometimes keep bread or muffins was completely fogged over. Inside was an enormous growth of hairy fungus that had appeared overnight. I took it outside to the compost bin when my blip radar kicked in and I thought it might be interesting to photograph. I have a great quote somewhere about fungus that I thought my sister could use in one of her tutes, Fun With Fungi. Of course, I can't find it and an internet search proved useless. Hopefully, I will find it before the day is out.
