Sat today opposite another colleague today due to 'flex working' and he started a discussion with me ~ often ending his lines with 'You know' and I took out my camera to make some portraits meanwhile. My work was onhold as I can't concentrate on 2 items at once. Did enjoy to talk with him on the items he raised as we'd not  done earlier ~ he's passionate youthworker
