Cassia tomentosa

Not in my garden but in full flower in a garden near the wharf and quite accessible from the footpath. It's one of those shrubs that has buds, flowers and seed pods all at the same time.I take it,  it must be evergreen too as in full leaf.
It's a little ray of sunshine in the winter when seen closeup. 
We have had more rain overnight, hot midday but cold again tonight.
