I Don't Think The Walk Was Enough

Lovely surprise when I finished work today, the delectable Mrs S took the children and I to the Budock Vean Hotel for a Cream Tea.
Very lovely it was to, although I had coffee instead of tea I did manage two cups, plus two fruit scones with lashings of cream and jam.
This was followed by a walk from the hotel down to the shoreline and back The title of the 'Blip' relates to the amount of exercise that the Weight Watchers lady might calculate I might need to do to compensate.
Having consumed cake the children were then treated to given a 'Golden Arches' meal - I resisted.
Oh well just time for a ham sandwich before bed!!!
