Whose been eating my sunflower seeds?

Another day in oral surgery - wisdom tooth extracted. Really bothers me loosing a tooth. I believe the cancer chemo drugs used affected my teeth. So maybe in my anesthesia  induced state I created a double exposure (or possibly Photoshop) of these two meeting in my yard
