Magnetic Termite Mounds....

Driving through the Litchfield National Park yesterday we saw clusters of hundreds of these mounds resembling spectacular giant tombstones in a cemetery...they are found nowhere else in the world.They are built at an angle like solar panels to keep an optimum temperature in the heat.......35 degrees yesterday,thank goodness for air conditioning!!
