Caribbean Flamingo

Longshadow and I visited Birdland today with two clients doing 1-1 tuition. Both had recently bought Nikon DSLRs and wanted to get to know all the buttons and understand the potential of the cameras.
We couldn't have wished for better weather and it was a delight to work our way around the colourful and chatty birds including these Caribbean flamingoes.
The session in the garden with macro lenses went well too and the setting passed muster thanks to several hours gardening since we got back from Texas. We are both pleased with the day and enjoying a glass of wine!
