CLASSIC

The road through the dale  past our cottage seems to be very popular with classic sports cars, and a convoy of about six of these (*Morgans, JohnH1989 tells me below) passed us this morning, most with European number plates. We weren't sure whether it was the high, wild landscape or the narrow road and hairpin bends which were the attraction.

Sister R left us today to go to Vienna for a birthday treat with her husband. I tried not to think about going back to Hartlepool. What jet-set lives we all lead.
