Chicken Curry

Batch of chicken curry made nice and early and waiting to go into the freezer
Then I'm off out to the garden centre for a coffee
You can't beat it
Now I'm regaining my health and strength I am really appreciating being able to go places and do things that I've been prevented from while I was poorly
I will TRY hard never to take my health for granted again
