Whitefish Wednesday - Part I

Once every spring term we faculty and researchers gather for a little tradition of sorts. The word gets whispered around. I post little homemade invites into people's mailboxes. And folks gather by the lake bringing munchies and sippables.

Bring a bottle of wine, some crackers and cheese, some wild mushrooms - anything you want. Just don't forget the smoked Great Lakes whitefish. Otherwise, it just wouldn't be Whitefish Wednesday!
